Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Automation Engineer is responsible for implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing equipment and tooling inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and contributing to equipment improvements and design enhancements to ensure efficient and reliable production operations.
- Key Responsibilities: Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
- Prepare daily reports of preventive maintenance activities.
- Register spare parts, equipment, and work tools for proper control and tracking.
- Maintain close coordination and relationships with suppliers.
- Implement equipment improvements and participate in the design of new tools or systems.
THE CANDIDATE
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Experience in programming and operating automated equipment.
- Project management experience and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese Mandarin.
